Third Party Service Providers: VooService has partnered with a number of selected service providers whose services and solutions complement, facilitate and enhance ours. These include server hosting and co-location services, content communication and distribution networks (CDNs), information and data security services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, email distribution and tracking services, session recording and remote access services, performance measurement, data optimization and marketing services, content providers, and our legal and financial advisors (collectively, "Third Party Service Providers").

VooService may share the following categories of personal information with third party service providers for business purposes:

identifiers, including name, alias, mailing address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, or other similar identifiers.

We may share our users' and users' personal information with various third parties, including certain service providers and law enforcement officials.

For example, we may share your personal information with Inc, our U.S.-based subsidiary, to facilitate and provide you (and your Users of Users) with our Services.

The sharing of personal information from VooService's subsidiaries and affiliated companies in the European Union and Switzerland to VooService's subsidiary in the United States will only occur when the relevant standard contractual clauses are in place.


In connection with a change in corporate control: In addition, if VooService or one of its affiliates undergoes a change in control, including by merger, acquisition or acquisition of substantially all of its assets, your Personal Information may be shared with the parties involved in such an event.


At your further direction: the VooService Services enable you, through various techniques, to engage and procure various third-party services, products and tools to enhance your websites or mobile sites, including, without limitation, applications and widgets offered by third parties through the VooService website (including the VooService App Market), eCommerce payment service providers, third-party designers who may assist you with your website, etc. (collectively, "Third Party Services"). If you choose to use such Third Party Services, they may have access to and process your Users' Personal Information collected through your websites or mobile devices. For example:

(a) Framed Pages: Our Services may allow you to embed Third Party Services directly into your websites or mobile devices, for example, through page framing techniques to deliver content to or from Third Party Services or other parties (" Frames "). Under these circumstances, the Third-Party Services may collect personal information from your Users-of-Users.

(b) App Market Developers: we allow third party developers (" Third Party Developers ") to develop and offer their own applications through the VooService App Market ("Third Party Apps" ) to Users, which you may integrate into your websites or mobile devices. Each Third Party Developer is bound by VooService's App Market partner agreement, which, among other things, restricts the ways in which such developers may access, store, share and use the personal information that you and/or your Users' Users provide to them.

c) Social Media Features: Our Services may allow you to integrate certain social media features, widgets and single sign-on features, such as "Facebook Connect" or "Google Sign-in" (" Social Media Features" ) into your website or mobile sites. These Social Media Features may collect certain personal information from your users' users as identifiers, including name, alias, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address or other similar identifiers. Social media features are hosted by a third party or directly on our Services.

Please note that in the examples listed above in this Section 4.6, VooService merely acts as an intermediary platform that enables you to procure the services of such Third Party Services (including, without limitation, third party developers, third party apps and social media features ) with which you interact directly and at your discretion. In this regard, VooService acts as a service provider for you by disclosing information to the Third Party Services on your behalf. VooService will only share users' personal information with Third Party Services at your direction or with your permission and is not and will not be in any way responsible for, nor liable with respect to, the processing of such personal information by such Third Party Services.

VooService does not control and is not responsible for the actions or policies of any Third Party Service and your use of any Third Party Service is at your own risk. We encourage you to review any privacy policy that accompanies a Third Party Service and ask such Third Party Service for any clarification you may need before deciding to install and/or use their services.


5. Where do we store your "Personal Information"?

Your and your users' personal information may be stored in data centers located in the United States of America, Ireland, Japan and Israel. We may use other jurisdictions as necessary for the proper provision of our Services and/or as required by law. VooService affiliates and third party service providers who store or process your personal information on behalf of VooService contractually agree to keep it safe and secure, in accordance with industry standards and regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in their jurisdiction.


EU Transfer of Personal Data: If you are located in Europe, when we transfer your personal information to the United States or any other location outside of Europe, we will ensure that (i) there is a level of protection deemed adequate by the European Commission or (ii) that the relevant standard contractual clauses are in place.



We may store and process personal information in the United States, Europe, Italy or other jurisdictions, either alone or with the help of our affiliates and service providers.

VooService's data storage providers are contractually committed to protecting and securing your data.

Among other things, VooService will ensure that there is an adequate level of protection or relevant standard contractual clauses in place for the international transfer of our EU users' data.

6. "Personal Information" of Users

VooService may collect, store and process certain personal information of Users' Users (" Users' User Information" ), solely on behalf of our Users and at their direction. For example, each of our Users is able to import their email contacts from third party services such as Gmail, or otherwise collect and manage contacts through their User Web Site. Such contacts are then stored at VooService, on behalf of the User.

For this purpose, VooService serves and shall be deemed a "Data Processor" and not a "Controller" (as both capitalized terms are defined in the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")) of such User-Information.

Users who control and operate such User Websites shall be deemed the "Owners" of such User User Information and are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that may apply to the collection and control of such User User Information, including all privacy and data protection laws of all relevant jurisdictions.

Processing of Users' Personal Data will take place in the territory of the European Union, Italy or a third country, territory or one or more specified areas within that third country which the European Commission has determined to provide an adequate level of protection and such processing and transfer will be in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement - Users ("DPA"). Any transfer and processing to a third country outside of the European Union that does not ensure an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission must be carried out in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU) set out in Annex 1 of the DPA For clarity, "Processing" shall mean the definition provided in the DPA.

VooService cannot provide legal advice to Users or their Users-of-Users, however we recommend that all Users post and maintain clear and comprehensive privacy policies on their User Sites in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations and that all Users-of-Users carefully read such policies and ensure that they understand and, to the extent required by applicable law, consent to them.

For more information about how your users' personal information may be handled by VooService (which may be relevant to any specific notice provided and/or consent you obtain from your users' users), please see Sections 4 , 12 and 13 .

If you are a visitor, user or customer of one of our Users, please read the following: VooService has no direct relationship with the Users of the Users whose Personal Information it processes. If you are a visitor, user or customer of any of our Users and wish to make requests or inquiries regarding your Personal Information, please contact such Users directly. For example, if you wish to request access to, correct, amend or delete inaccurate Personal Information processed by VooService on behalf of its Users, please direct your request to the relevant User (who is the "Data Controller" of such data). 8.1. Promotional messages

8.2. Service messages and billing

VooService may also contact you with important information regarding our Services or your use of them. It is important that you are always able to receive such messages. For this reason, you may not opt out of receiving such Services and Billing Messages unless you are no longer a VooService User (which can be done by deactivating your account).

We may also contact you with messages and content related to service and billing. You will not be able to opt out of receiving such messages.

9. Your rights in relation to your "Personal data"

VooService agrees that it is imperative that you have control over your Personal Information. In compliance with privacy regulations around the world, VooService is taking steps to allow you to request access to, receive a copy of, update, modify, delete or limit the use of your Personal Information.

Before we fulfill your request, we may ask you for additional information in order to confirm your identity and for security reasons. We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law (e.g. if the request is unfounded or excessive).

You have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection supervisor (but we still recommend that you contact us first).

Please note that permanently deleting your VooService account will delete all of your personal information from VooService's databases. After completing this process, you will no longer be able to use any of your VooService Services, your account and all of its data will be permanently removed, and VooService will not be able to restore your account or retrieve your data in the future. If you contact our support channels in the future, the system will not recognize your account and support agents will not be able to locate your deleted account.


You can request to access, receive a copy of, update, amend, delete or restrict the use of your personal information you have stored with us. Simply send us an email or fill out our dedicated GDPR form. You can also correct and/or update your personal information through your account or website settings.

You may delete your personal information by deleting your entire account. We will respond to your request within a reasonable amount of time.
